Since 1977, the staff of the Citizens Title Company has been servicing the Baltimore / Washington Metropolitan Area and the Eastern and Western shores of Maryland, in the area of commercial and residential real estate settlements.

The company issues title insurance through Chicago Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company.

The company is a member of the Maryland Land Title Association ("MLTA"), the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, and the Home Builder's Association of Maryland.

The President of the company is Gordon B. Heyman, Esq. Mr. Heyman is an established Maryland real estate attorney with the Law Office of Dackman & Heyman, LLP.

Mr. Heyman is a 1976 graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law. He is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals of Maryland, the United States District Court For The District of Maryland and the United States Bankruptcy Court For The District of Maryland. Mr. Heyman is a member of the Commercial Law League of America. He has lectured extensively on real estate law throughout the Baltimore/Metropolitan area, including seminars on behalf of the MLTA, HalfMoon Seminars, and the National Business Institute.
