Since 1977, Citizens Title Company has grown into one of the larger Baltimore title companies. Under the capable and astute management of Gordon Heyman, Citizens Title has expanded throughout the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area. Gordon Heyman is a prominent real estate attorney with the Baltimore firm of Dackman &  Heyman, LLP. Their company is an active member of the Maryland Land Title Association.

Mr. Heyman has deep roots in the Baltimore area.

A long time area resident, Heyman is a 1976 graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law. Mr. Heyman has an extensive real estate background. He has lectured on real estate law throughout the Baltimore area including seminars on behalf of the Maryland Land Title Association and the National Business Institute. He also is a member of the Commercial Law League of America.
